The Ipswich Conservative Association has a proud history of service to the town, its people and the Conservative Party.
We are responsible for promoting the Conservative cause in Ipswich and Suffolk and we fight elections at every level – from General Election, Police & Crime Commissioner through to local Council. We have a young, active group of members and councillors who take part in a wide variety of events, both political and social.
The Conservative Party held the Ipswich Parliamentary Seat with former MP Ben Gummer from 2010 to 2017. Tom Hunt won it back in the 2019 general election but was unable to retain in in the July 2024 election.
