Cllr Debman's delight at footpath improvement

Cllr George Debman has lobbied relentlessly for improvements in the footpaths on the Rivers estate. He is now very pleased that the footpaths on Cliff Lane and surrounding streets have now been tarmaced for the benefit of local residents.
